St Simons Island Georgia

The fishing in March was great in St Simons Island Georgia for trout and redfish. The triple Tail have now shown up on the beaches so we have another fish to sight cast the fly to. On another note Guide Tim Hoovers Toad fly has worked great for the tripl tail nd even better for redfish. I have been tying the toad with a size 2 hook and sometimes using lead or mono eyes. I am heading down to Florida to fish the Tarpon Bonanza and cant wait to see how they work on tarpon. Also the sharks are here and that means the tarpon will be showing up very soon.
