Rivers and Glen fly shop

I had the pleasure of having Ben Austin who manages Rivers and Glen fly shop in Augusta Ga. down to fish on Monday. He came down on sunday and after a great italian dinner and a few beers 6am came quick. We headed out and were in fish as soon as we go on the flat. They were very spooky and we had to be on our A game. The sun was shining and the winds were 10knts or less. We had a tuff start but ended the day with lots of fish 2 of which went 11 and 14 pounds. All the fish were caught on 6 weights with toad and wabler patterns. If you get to Augusta make sure you stop in and see Ben they have a great shop with lots of goodies.
