Flood Fishing in St Simons Island

Well after the flood in St Simons Island and huge negative tides the waters have finally settled down and the fishing is back on. A client and I left the dock before 6:30am and it was cold 40 or so. We arrived at a flat that has lots of fish on it and one we had fishing 3 days before with no luck. The fish were there but we could not get them to eat. Today on the other hand was different we got set up and had an eat on the 3rd cast with well over 10 others to follow. It was a great morning even with my Merc. on the fritz with overheating on the way in. Just a water punp and its fixed. Tight lines and keep checking back in.
