Smallmouth Bass on Lake Chickamauga

There’s no doubt that many bass caught on Lake Chickamauga are spotted bass and largemouths.  However, if your fishing at the right spot during the right time you can really get into some big smallmouth bass!  This year we’ve caught some big Brozebacks on Lake Chickamauga fishing plastics, and this Fall we’re really looking forward to getting our topwater plugs crushed by the Smallies!

We’ve got our reels spooled with fresh line and our hooks have been sharpened razor sharp.  All we need now is some cooler temperatures to bring the bass to the surface.  Hope to see you all out on the water.

We’re proud to post a couple pictures of Tori Welch out on the lake.  She can run a trolling motor better than a lot of anglers we’ve seen on the lake :)  Keep it up Tori, your becoming quite the bass aficionado.
