Reel Job Fishing guide, Eric Welch recently attended a drop-shot clinic with Bassmaster Pro, Aaron Martens. Afterwords, Eric also attended a Lowrance clinic for electronics. We’ve found clients asking a lot of questions about how to read our electronics and also how to rig and fish the drop-shot rig correctly.

Let us teach you to become a better bass angler with the skills we have learned from the pros and use on a daily basis. Give us a call and we’ll be glad to make your guided bass trip not only enjoyable, but also educational.
Bass Electronics Tip
Turn your Auto Sensitivity off and manually adjust it for the time of year your bass fishing. During warmer months when there can be a lot of debris below the surface, set your sensitivity to around 51-52%. During colder months set your sensitivity to 80%. You’ll find yourself getting more out of your electronics.
Keep it Reel,
Capt. Kent Klewein
